It was school holiday last week and we took that opportunity to bring Isaac to Zoo Negara (National Zoo) which is located at Wangsa Maju towards the end of Ampang and beginning of Gombak, Kuala Lumpur. As usual, animals are one of his interest :)

Isaac: Whoa tiger. Elephants! Zebra! Giraffe!
Us: Yea, cool huh? You like it?
Isaac: Yes I like it. Wahhhh that's lions. It's lions.
Us: Yeap that's lion. It will bite you if you are naughty.
Isaac: Really?

[End of the visit.]

Isaac: Hmmmm you said you want to bring me to Zoo.
Can we please go to zoo now, daddy?

Us: Hah? :S

Note: We did try to explain to him that the place that we were at is called ZOO. Zoo is full of animals. But, y'know kids these days.

By the way, some pictures here;

The first picture at Zoo Negara!!! Yay!

Upon arrival, he just got up from nap, still very groggy :)

The first animals he saw at Zoo, already made him so excited :)

Those giraffes are so clean and beautiful

Next, was a very friendly elephant. It was trying to
shake hand with one of the audiences:)

Well, it was a very lovely afternoon :)

He was too tired, so he needed some sugar from the Vanilla Coke
heeee, no I don't do this often!

This part is so beautiful, looks like 'The Lion King' in the making scene

These two lazy flers ;p

He said they were pink ducks not flamingo hahaha :)

I know this is adorable :)

And this too :)

Beautiful beautiful lancee creature :)

"Eh, got baby anot?"

Getting tired towards end of the day...

We had fun there and looking forward to visit another zoo (or maybe Genting Highlands) during the next school holiday :)

Since everybody was too tired to eat out, I decided to go home and cook. Yay?! :)
Who wouldn't feel glad if the loved ones enjoy the food
you cook after a tiring day :)

Since I am too lazy to write another post, I am going to slot this in too :D....

During this week, I also had the 'opportunity' to shop before the grand closing of 2008 Megasale!

Til then, got to go. Need to write my intellectual emails now :(

Love!

of love and friendship

I wrote this post once I landed in India land.

Part I of Ajiera

I went to Pekeliling Bus Station last night right after work. My first time there. While waiting for her bus to arrive, I persuaded Honey to walk to some sort of Pasar Malam opposite the bus station. Bought a nice cute green t-shirt with a picture of drums, Music! I like! Heheee.

She arrived around 1am. Saw her walking towards our car, I realised how much I miss this girl. Hmm...so much to tell, so much to share but so little time we have. Sigh.

Reached home around 1.30, was too tired to even layan her so I excused myself to bed (I actually felt guilty about leaving her alone in the other room, but I needed sleep badly and also to accompany Honey to sleep). He gotta wake up early for work the next day & I needed some rest before flying to India.

Next morning, woke up at 8ish, after sent Honey to work, we started talking, after a long long long time. Missed doing this, felt like hostel life again :).

After hours of updating each other, frying keropok lekor, flipping through old pictures, watching cute guys on TV and gossiping about anybody ;p, it was time to say goodbye. I needed to get ready and she needed to see her Uni friends :(

Went to NZX to have lunch before sending her to nearest LRT Station.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Part II of flying

We actually decided to leave home at 4.30pm to airport but feeling sad, Honey and I spent the one hour left on bed, cuddling each other. I didn't know why, but I felt so sad to travel this time. Urm. That's love, for you people! So we left home at 5.00pm instead.

Arrived at airport at 6ish, checked in, headed to McD for some drinks. And when the time to say bye-bye arrived, I burst into tears.

Urm...I wonder why we had hard time this time :S. By the way, some pictures for you here. Can't write anymore. Feeling sad. Want to sms Honey.

P/S: I miss you, baby!
I am back. Got story. Sadden. Indeed happy, too.

Update from Mumbai (Day 1)

Welcome to India, Yan!!!

The airport upon Immigration check outs

I am here in Mumbai, staying at Intercontinental The Grand Mumbai, India since our arrival. We arrived at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai at about 10.30 pm (local time) on Saturday, 16th August 2008, around 1.ooam back in Malaysia time. Received smses from Maxis for the auto roaming system, sms'd Honey Bunny (aw baby you made me cry with your smses) and took our luggages, we walked out from the airport.

Me upon arrival ;)

It was already late so we didn't go anywhere (I usually will walk in airports area to look for any tax free stuffs when I travel), hotel Limo was already waiting outside the airport, and out of expectation, it was raining and the airport was crowded with so many local taxis (the ones in black and yellow color like what we see on TV) honking each other and the locals who had just arrived like us and those who were waiting for the family members or friends. It didn't really smell good, to be honest but I was hoping for something more apart from the airport condition. So we just followed the Hotel Limo driver, Vijay Dhilip, to head back to our hotel.

The noisy and annoying taxis!!!

Our Limo :)

Thank goodness, our limo is a Toyota Altis, with air conditioner and hot towels with bottled water served. Phewww....

On the way to hotel, the traffic and the way they drive here almost killed me. Sigh. They drive without rules. The traffic lights are just some steel posts at the roadsides. That's all! They did not bother to even glance at the traffic lights. Everybody was honking each other, I do not know for what reason, maybe God knows. Roads didn't look like road. It's bumpy everywhere, it is not like the tar roads we have back in Malaysia. Can't even compare with our kampung roads, I tell you.

Reached hotel, I felt so much better, the hotel is nice, the service is not bad. Sms'd Honey, and after some refreshments, we went to bed in a very messy mind. Missing loved ones back home.

End of the day one. Looking forward for breakfast tomorrow morning before going out to shop for local stuffs. And God, please researve me something better for tomorrow ahead.

I will write more when I managed to steal some time.

Love from Mumbai,
Yan.

Note: Please excuse the spacing and the arrangement of pictures. Something is really wrong with blogger! Sigh. Will try to edit it once back to Malaysia.
