Those days, whenever I
received event invites that had something to do with fashion, I got crazy excited. Like crazy. Being in this line, I get access to such events and
parties all the time. But now that I have a small little baby at home, I don't
get to attend those events and parties much. Priorities, babe. Priorities #BlowsNails. Nowadays, I really need to consider, double
consider and consider again lol.
However, when the event has something to do with great deals or children stuff - I never really consider. I
jumped, and immediately reply YES to RSVP. Sucker, I know.
2 weeks ago, I was
very lucky to be invited to a bloggers engagement event that was organised by Moms4Projects
for Applecrumby
& Fish. To be completely honest, I was overjoyed!
The event took place at
their warehouse cum physical store cum showroom at Kota Damansara. It is a double story
industrial looking unit that holds their operation office as well as stores
their stocks. The event started with some light refreshments served by
Applecrumby & Fish and mingling session with fellow bloggers. All of
us are mummy bloggers therefore it wasn't really hard to mingle because
the common topics were always revolving around 'how do you juggle between
working full time and being a blogger and a mother?' or 'I would very much like
to follow your suits to quit my job and blog full-time' or 'what are we buying
today?'. We mothers speak the same lingo, yo. I made friends with some amazing mummy
bloggers and we instantly became friends on social media haha. The power of
technology. And mummies aura. And I also met some bloggers who I used to deal with when I was with XYZ PR Agency. Small world, now I am on the other side, sort of.

We then listened to a brief presentation about Applecrumby & Fish and their products. I was actually very impressed because I am not only a mummy, I am a shopaholic mummy who actually went around the entire Klang Valley scouting for the best products for my babies. When I was pregnant to Sophie, it was worst - I shopped like a mad woman. Back then, I did not know of Applecrumby & Fish's existence. If I did, it could have made my life much easier! Damn. Everything in one store. ONE store. Damn.
After that, we had the
chance to explore their double storey showroom where I felt like a kid in a candy
store. I initially thought of bringing Sophie along, thank God I didn't because
if I did, I might ended up going home broke.
Why?
Because Applecrumby
& Fish is an online and offline baby store that carries a wide range
of reputable and trustworthy baby products. They have almost everything a
parent could possibly think her baby would need (you know lah how we
mothers get crazy about this matter). From food, feeding utensils, baby gear, toys,
health and school needs! It also carries maternity needs for mummies. How freaking
amazing. Applecrumby & Fish is also sole distributor for some of the
products in Malaysia. They supply to some of the stores that you might know of and been shopping at. To name a few - Moulin Roty, Stephen Joseph & Putto. Yes, they are that big!
The team actually source for all these products overseas (currently UK) and bring them into Malaysia. So, if you happen to fancy something that is not available in Malaysia, drop them a line then maybe they can make the arrangement to bring that said product to our homeland.
All of their products are safe, natural and organic. So for some of us (ahem) who are very concerned about what goes into or touches their babies' bodies, fret not when you are shopping with Applecrumby & Fish, you are covered.
I had so much fun at the event. Got something for both Isaac and Sophie and almost bought something for myself too. Lucky, I was out of cash haha.

Eh, I used to work near there! Why didn't this place exist back then?!?!?
