Recipe: Fruits and Vegetables Stew



Just finished preparing Sophie's food for  next week. Here's what I made for her breakfast.

Ingredients
Sweet potatoes
Pears
Apples
Carrots

Methods
1. Clean, peel and chop everything
2. Dump everything into the pressure cooker pot
3. Add about a small cup of plain water
4. Press 'Steam/Stew' and hit 'Start'
5. It will take about 30 minutes to be ready. 

 

I'm using Philips Pressure Cooker. For those without a pressure cooker, you can just slow cook for about 3 hours. Remember to only put just very little water because the pears are already very watery.
My whole family loves this so I bet this is worth trying!
