Errors or mistakes?

I have finished work for today.

Waiting for Sebby to finish his. I got irritated, got annoyed by myself. I can't wait to see him and tell him that I need some ice cream or some love, tonight -perhaps.

I am a mistake repeater. Help me. Somebody help me please. I hate to keep repeating the same silly small mistakes; typo errors in emails, paperworks (most of them, yes it's always typo errors or maybe error of informations to be precise).

Argh! It shouldn't happen again. I was a perfectionist. I still am. No?

I should bare in mind to always re-check the drafts before sending them out. I did. But why still happen?
